Registration Fees for Participants
All participants and delegates must register for the IWGI2026 Workshop in full according to the categories and rates outlined below. Participants and delegates can register for the conference only via the registration facility on this website.
Please note:
For all scientific events with a social programme, the German Aerospace Center is obliged to split the participation fees for the event into a VAT-exempt and a VAT-liable portion in the invoice for the conference fee, since both VAT-exempt and VAT-liable services were provided for the participation fees.
Therefore, the breakdown of the amount is for tax reasons only.
Each participant of the IWGI2026 Workshop can book only the complete programme of IWGI2026.
As organiser and host of the IWGI2026 conference we must include this information on the participation fee invoices in accordance with the German tax regulations. Every participant of this conference pays the total amount shown on the invoice (no VAT for participants).

The participation fee for all participants includes:
- Admission to the whole scientific programme of the workshop (31 Aug - 3 Sep 2026)
- Coffee breaks and lunch (31 Aug - 3 Sep 2026)
- Participation in the social programme
- Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 2 Sep 2026
- Optional Tour to the Neustrelitz City Center 1 Sep 2026
The participation fee for accompanying persons (adult and child) includes:
- Participation in the social programme
- Workshop Dinner on Wednesday, 2 Sep 2026
- Optional Tour to the Neustrelitz City Center on 1 Sep 2026
Please contact VMSSupport@dlr.de, if you would like to register an accompanying person. Therefore, we will send you an invitation code.
The conference fee does not generally include:
- Hotel accommodation which should be booked separately
