Access to the DLR site in Neustrelitz
Access to the DLR site is via the main entrance and is only possible with a valid identity card or passport. Driving licences, student or residence permits are not accepted. You will receive a visitor pass at the DLR gate, which must be worn visibly for the duration of your visit to DLR and returned to the DLR gate before leaving the DLR site. We would also like to point out that photography and filming is prohibited on the DLR Neustrelitz site.
How to get here
Neustrelitz is about 100 kilometers north of Berlin and 150 kilometers south of Rostock.
By car, take B96 or B198. By rail, the best option is to take the Berlin-Rostock or Berlin-Stralsund inter-regional train.
By car
From Berlin city centre: You can reach Neustrelitz either directly via B96, or indirectly via A24 and B198. From Berlin Brandenburg (BER) Airport take A113 from Berliner Chaussee and Schönefelder Allee and then follow A10 to B96 in Velten and then follow B96 to Kalkhorstweg in Neustrelitz
Arrival by rail or air
From Berlin Brandenburg (BER) airport take the intercity or regional train to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). The main train station has direct trains to Neustrelitz.
Arrival in Neustrelitz The DLR site is located on the southern outskirts of Neustrelitz, about five kilometers from the city centre.
